Make a Mug Workshop ☕️
Learn how to create your very own mug (or two!) using the slab-building technique in this hands-on, two-part workshop. Perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike, you’ll walk away with functional, one-of-a-kind mugs to enjoy for years to come.
Day One – Building Your Mug (3 hours)
Learn the slab-building technique to form your mug cylinder
Add texture using a variety of texture tools
Apply decorative decals for a personal touch
Create a sturdy handle and base
Your mugs will be fired to bisque in preparation for glazing
Day Two – Glazing Your Mug (2 hours)
Learn glazing techniques to achieve beautiful, vibrant results
Experiment with a variety of colorful glaze combinations
Your mugs will be glaze-fired and ready for pickup within 7-10 days

Get your hands in the clay, unleash your inner artist, and enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
No prior experience? No problem! Just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to try something new — I’ll guide you step-by-step through the process.

Join us for a fun, hands-on pottery class where you’ll learn how to transform a simple slab of clay into your very own one-of-a-kind appetizer or chip-and-dip platter.

Absolutely! You don’t need a wheel to create beautiful pieces. Using a flat slab of clay, you’ll learn various hand-building techniques to craft everything from mugs to bowls and plates and much more. The possibilities are endless!

Nope! All materials and tools are provided, and your creations will be fired to perfection in one of my two kilns.
